Chicago Workshop on Biomarker Collection

The University of Chicago Center on Aging and Northwestern University are pleased to announce
the 3rd annual Chicago Workshop on Biomarker Collection in
Population-Based Health and Aging Research. The workshop will be held
Thursday, June 9th and Friday, June 10th, 2005 at the Gleacher Center,
The University of Chicago. The deadline for registration is April 22nd,
2005.
The 2005 workshop will include:
- updates on new technologies in biomarker collection in population-based research;
- discussion of lessons learned from the implementation of new
biomarkers in recent population-based studies;
- exploration of different methods of analysis for integrated social and biological datasets, including what theoretical and statistical models are most useful and how to link social and biological analytic methods.
